Empowering individuals through meaningful job opportunities.

Individuals participating in the Community Integrated Employment service programs earn minimum wages. All individuals are provided training opportunities through CCRC or through contracts with local businesses in the community. The purpose of the work services program is to provide a comprehensive training program that involves work adjustment, skill development training, and employment opportunities in the community according to an individual employment services plan.

The Community Integrated Employment program offers the opportunity for individuals with developmental disabilities to seek and achieve successful employment within the local community. With the assistance of the job developer, job coaches, and natural supports, the individuals are placed in supported employment opportunities.

Programs offered through employment services include:

  • Full Line Vending Service

Our Full Line Vending Service provides meaningful employment opportunities for individuals while ensuring access to healthy snacks and beverages in various locations. Participants gain hands-on experience in inventory management, customer service, and basic business operations, fostering valuable skills for future employment. Through this program, we empower individuals to build confidence, develop a strong work ethic, and achieve personal and professional growth in a supportive environment.
