Compassionate assistance for independent living success.

CCRC, Inc. provides supported living services to individuals in a variety of settings. The goal of CCRC Supported Living is to provide programs and support enabling individuals with developmental disabilities to live in an integrated environment and improve their quality of life. This is accomplished by offering opportunities for individuals to increase independence in natural environments, give flexibility in where to live and increase the availability of community-integrated activities.

CCRC offers Supported Living services in the Navajo Nation and McKinley County. Program services range from support and training, nursing, nutritional counseling, community involvement and discovery, and financial management. The programs are developed on a continuum/model so that progression is toward an environment that focuses on greater independence for the individual.
